I cannot say enough good things about the reformer, the machine exceeded all of my expectations! - The wood frame is beautiful, high quality and very sturdy. - The carriage is also very sturdy and comfortable. The upholstery is beautiful and of great quality - The reformer does not make a sound when in use! I was amazed at how silent it was. - All metal parts were machined and finished very well. They are smooth to touch (without jagged edges) and also moveable parts also move smoothly. - Very easy to adjust - Tower and all other accessories (sitting box, jumpboard, etc) were all very well made as well Also, all customizations were beautifully implemented. 10 STARS!
